A implantação da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) surgiu como objetivo de reorganizar o modelo assistencial fundamentado naatenção básica e em conformidade com os princípios do SUS. Opresente estudo foi realizado no município de Muritiba/BA, como objetivo de investigar a percepção da satisfação ao atendimentofi sioterapêutico dos usuários cadastrados nas Unidades Básicas daEstratégia Saúde da Família do município. A pesquisa foi realizadapor meio da pesquisa de campo, do tipo transversal de caráteranalítico, através da aplicação de um questionário direcionado atodos os pacientes cadastrados nas USFs José Maria de MagalhãesNeto e Dr. Roberto Penna Fachineppi, submetidos ao tratamentofi sioterapêutico oferecido pelos estagiários da FAFIS. A partir daanálise quantitativa dos dados, notou-se que os participantes dapesquisa demonstraram-se satisfeitos com o atendimento recebido,considerando-o efi ciente. Apesar do curto intervalo de tempo emque esses indivíduos foram submetidos ao atendimento fi sioterapêutico,pode-se destacar a suma importância da inserção desseprofi ssional à equipe multiprofi ssional da ESF, já que este possuihabilidades e competências que o permitem intervir nos diversosníveis de assistência à saúde...

Th e implementation of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) appearedwith the purpose of reorganizing the health care model basedon primary care and in accordance with the principles of the SUS.Th e present study was conducted in the city of Muritiba/BA, withthe objective of investigate the perception of customer satisfactionin physical therapy care from users registered in the Basic Unitof Strategy Family Health of the city.
